SONY MAKE US PSN

I have been a user of the brand Playstation for more than 10 years. After the launch of the PS3, I managed to buy my own console (six months ago) and then 14 total games paying a big amount of money. However, the period of patches has started with the next-gen gaming consoles.

Game producers release updates for free, or sometimes, for a certain amount of money. Free updates are downloaded and installed unprompted while the ones for sale can be downloaded from a network called PSN, built exclusively for Playstation 3.

Everything seems normal so far, but the problem starts right here. When you want to download the updates / expansions that are for sale, the payment, naturally, is demanded from you through your credit card. If you have an account on PSN, the money is collected from the credit card that is defined in your billing information.

While a huge number of countries have their exclusive PSN's, our country does NOT have its own. It becomes a pain in the neck when you try to to download add-ons for PAL games that are being sold officially in Turkey. The progress of creating a PSN account which takes a relatively long time stucks at the step of giving your billing information; none of the countries' PS networks accept your credit card.

Even though US PSN accepts some of the credit cards that we use in Turkey with some address tricks, it's not possible to apply those patches downloaded from US PSN on PAL games. You can try the same with a Hong Kong address, but it doesn't work either.

It's not also possible to buy PSN games, just like the add-ons. Although a friend of mine from www.dijikent.com, Nitrogliserin's idea of creating this page inspired by the web page ''googlebizegoogleyap' was like a joke at the beginning, it actually did happened.

Recently I sent and e-mail to Erkan Celebi, who is a columnist in Hurriyet news, and asked for his support after I read his article '' Sony failed to succeed but Master Senol did it. ''

We started publishing with this blog at long last. My aim is to send striking messages to Sony's service representative in Turkey and to attract Sony authorities' attention if possible.

We will be, at least, making a common attempt with all of you guys' support and it will end up with having our own PSN if it succeeds.
